Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities * transportation is not included in program fee (call agency for information on transportation options)

Circle of Friends Program (The) - Adult day service for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and/or other cognitive impairments

Gathering Place Program (The) - Adult day service for clients with physical disabilities, mild cognitive impairments and/or frail health
