Home Health services for individuals recovering after a hospital or facility stay, or need additional support to remain safely at home

Services may include:

live-in care services
companionship services
home support services
personal care services
sleep-over attendant care for 12 hours provided, constant bedside supervision and advanced personal care is not required. (Assisting less than 3 times during the night)
extended sleep-over attendant care - assisting 3 or more times during the night
