In partnership with SHIP (Supportive Housing in the Province) to deliver housing support services to clients residing in SHIP units * SHIP provides affordable housing in a safe and supportive environment * program staff provides case management, service coordination, and person-centred support planning to SHIP residents

The overall goal of the program is to:

• assist clients in achieving their individual support plans
• support clients and their families in their recovery journey
• advocate with landlords, hospitals, psychiatrists on client's behalf
• assist in developing the skills to improve quality of life, resolve day to day conflicts, manage setbacks and increase independence and housing stability
