general information and advice on Canadian culture, schools and social life
assistance filling out government documents including applications for Canadian landed status and citizenship, pension forms, child tax deductions assistance with translation and interpretation of documents
personal supportive counselling
assistance with preparing documents for supportive housing accommodations
