Provides non-medical services to older adults in their homes, nursing homes, hospitals
- free assessment, follow-up, and development of a care plan that meets client/family needs
- no long term contracts required
- personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming and dental hygiene)
- toileting and incontinence care
- home helper services (laundry, changing linens, light housekeeping)
- meal preparation, planning and feeding
- medication reminders and administration
- mobility assistance
- grocery shopping, errands
- conversation, companionship, socialization and engagement
- escorting to and from medical appointments, barbershops, beauty salons, churches or any other social, cultural events (travel companionship)
- ensuring client's overall safety and well-being are maintained
- respite and palliative care and care for people with Alzheimer's and dementia
- facilitate foot/nail care through a qualified foot care nurse
- hourly care, overnight stay, live-in and 24-hour care service available
