Osler participates in the NICHE program (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) * offers care that is informed and tested by a large network of hospitals * provide care that is adapted to older adults to specifically meet their needs * a team of professionals provide standardized comprehensive geriatric assessments and care plans to support seniors with complex care needs
