Adults 55 years and older with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias * care coordinators assess the needs of applicants
Fees
$25 per day * fee includes transportation and hot lunch

Description of Services:
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
