Description of Services:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

snacks and lunch services
daily balance and strengthening exercise classes
programs that recognize and celebrate the diverse cultures in the community
facilitated transportation through York Region Mobility Plus
other optional enrollment services may include podiatry and hair dressing services (for additional fee per service and by appointment only)
daily virtual programming (groups/1:1 sessions) and purchasable home activity kits with personalized refills for small nominal fee * affordable, accessible access allowing participation from anywhere
