Description of Services:
Group support for caregivers, including family and friends providing support to someone with Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia or other related memory disorders * support group provides a safe place where caregivers can share their personal experiences, talk to other caregivers, relieve stress and learn useful tips about caregiving
