Description of Services:

Adult day program * holistic, therapeutic, and recreational activities for adults living with stroke and other neurological disorders * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Program includes:

social interaction and engagement
nutritious meals
on-site therapeutic sensory room
medication assistance
support, case management, and education for those recovering from a stroke
health promotion and disease prevention through daily seated exercise
access to foot care clinic and rehabilitation program
