Description of Services:

Professional social workers offer supportive counselling and resource navigation to older adults and their caregivers so that they do not need to be alone when addressing challenges related to age

Services include:

individual counselling
bereavement counselling
crisis intervention
advocacy
hospice support
support groups
caregiver support
resource and system navigation
housing support
financial planning and counselling
linkages to community, healthcare and primary care services
