Description of Services:

Drop-in program designed to reduce isolation of seniors by offering educational, physical, recreational and social activities:

individual supportive counselling; general information and referral
educational workshops related to aging such as health and safety, financial issues
English conversation circle
Fun and Fitness Program
arts and crafts, variety of social events, cultural outings and field trips

Staff at this location speak English, Italian and Spanish
