Description of Services:
Assistance to seniors and people with disabilities, including cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, escorting to appointments, dining programs in various locations, and social and recreational programs

  • Congregate Dining Hot and nutritious meal including juice, bread, soup, entree, dessert, tea, and coffee. * professionally-trained cooks
  •  
  • Friendly Visiting Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities, who live alone * provide emotional support to decrease isolation * virtual, email, texting options provided
  •  
  • Home Help and Homemaking Assist seniors and people with disabilities in their home * services include light cleaning, laundry, errands, shopping, and meal preparation * service is offered daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonally
  •  
  • Medical Escort Escort to medical appointment
  •  
  • Personal Care Support Personal care support for seniors and people with disabilities, including bathing, changing, feeding, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, medication reminders, light exercising, and escort to medical appointments

  • Respite Temporary relief for caregivers of people with complex medical conditions
  •  
  • Safety or Telephone Assurance Check Regular phone calls to check on the health and safety of older adults and people with disabilities who live alone

  • Shopping Assistance Escorting seniors to a store and helping with the purchase of groceries or medications * seniors are responsible for the shopping cost * transportation not included
