Description of Services:
Individual and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends * provide education to learn and understand how to cope and care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias * caregiver support groups run across the region * caregiver and community education programs across the region * includes Russian Language Family Support Group
Meetings:
Meet with your peer virtually to share information on coping with, and caring for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias using Zoom * Zoom meeting ID and password will be provided upon confirmation or registration. Contact 1-888-414-5550 if you are new to this.
