$25.26 per day * subsidy available for eligible participants * additional fee for transportation

Description of Services:
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults living with Alzheimer's Disease of related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

  • medication monitor


Service for an additional fee:
  • hair care - currently on HOLD
  • foot care (every 6 weeks) - currently on HOLD
