Description of Services:
207 bed long-term care home * 19 convalescent care beds * 2 respite stay bed * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
- Convalescent Care Program 19-bed short-stay program for people who no longer need acute care in a hospital setting but need more time to regain full function before returning home * services include nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy to help patients meet rehabilitation goals
