Description of Services:
Registered Dietitians (RD) providing dietetic services in the community * provide assessments and treatment for people of all ages * can help with, meal management, diabetes, weight loss, palliative support care, allergies, tube feeding, therapeutic intervention (renal failure, Cardiac disease, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy), dysphagia and transitional feeding
