Call * in-home assessment required for service
Eligibility / Target Population
Older adults 55 years and older and adults with disabilities on ODSP * caregivers who provide care and support to a family member
Fees
Respite $15.60/hr (minimum 2 hrs/visit) * subsidies may be available upon a financial assessment
Private respite $28.10/hr (minimum 2 hrs/visit) * no subsidies available
Respite on statutory holidays $56.10/hr (minimum 2 hrs/visit)
