Description of Services:
One-to-one support and in-home assistance to provide caregiver relief

Services include:
  • light personal care
  • light housekeeping
  • medication reminders
  • outings in the community
  • meal preparation
  • stimulating activities such as reading, puzzles and scrapbooking
