Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services

Services include:

client intervention and assistance
escort and interpretation
friendly visiting and telephone reassurance/security check
Chinese bereavement services
Chinese Elder Abuse Helpline, 416-502-2321
security check
supportive counselling services
health and wellness education
congregate dining programs
social, recreational activities
community outreach programs
information and referral
personal care and homemaking services (limited service, depending on staff availability)
